Smeg Stand Mixer
or £310 cash
What you'll get
Your worktop just called: it wants the Smeg Stand Mixer (4.8L), and honestly, who are we to argue? The 1000W motor with planetary motion does all the hard graft, 10 variable speeds let you pick your pace, and the 4.8L stainless steel bowl holds plenty of batter. Swap between the wire whisk, flat beater, flex edges beater and dough hook, whether it's cake or bread, and rise to the occasion. Your trusty hand whisk is officially out of a job.
Cake not your thing? Take £310 cash instead.
